LEARNING GARDEN
Description: The Learning Garden is a 10 week class for children ages 2-6 and their parents. The program goal is to provide children with a broad range of educational and fun interactive activities that develop literary, science and math skills as well as experiences that enrich each child's social, emotional, physical and creative abilities that cultivate a positive self-esteem and life-long love of learning. Activities will vary and may include music, stories, art, projects, movement, dramatic play and more. Learning will take place inside and outside.
The fall 2013 theme/focus is "Me, my family, and my community." There will be visits and interactions with local community members.
Who: Ages 2-6. Parent or Caretaker must attend with child. Brothers and Sisters welcome and encouraged.
When: Tuesdays 9:00-11:00am ( 10 WEEK SESSION - September 10-Nov 12)
Where: Heartworks 249 Governor Wentworth Hwy, Mirror Lake NH
Other locations will be involved, such as a visit to the fire station.
Fee: 10 weeks one child - $50
10 weeks family (more than one child)- $60
Drop in Fee - $6
